One per line. Either a plain word (e.g. 犬 — reading & meaning auto-filled from the dictionary)
or a full row word,reading,meaning,jlpt. A word,reading,… header line is ignored.

A command with no channels selected works everywhere. Otherwise it works only in the checked channels/categories (checking a category covers everything under it).
Force a reading for a word the bot mis-reads (homographs like 何時 → なんじ). Applies to furigana, pronunciation, and games — live, no restart. Longer phrases win, so 何時でも→いつでも still works alongside 何時→なんじ.
